This notice covers the public RivetLoop website and its pilot inquiry form.

Information you provide

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, dealership or business name, and any message you choose to provide. Please do not submit customer lists, quote records, passwords, or other confidential dealership information through this form.

How we use it

We use your submission to review your interest in a pilot, contact you about your inquiry, and discuss the service. Submitting a request does not enroll you in a newsletter or complete a purchase.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in the website’s database and are available to the RivetLoop owner through a protected workspace. Hosting providers process the data needed to operate the website. We do not sell inquiry information.

Technical information

Hosting infrastructure may process connection and request information. The inquiry form stores a hash of the network address and a submission time to limit repeated requests. This site does not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Owner workspace sign-in uses the hosting platform’s authentication service.

Retention and requests

Inquiry information is retained while evaluating or managing the potential business relationship. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@rivetloop.com or use the contact form, identify your request, and provide the email address used in the original submission. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on the request.

Dealership customer records

Customer-data handling for a pilot must be agreed separately with the dealership before any customer records are imported. This public inquiry form is not an agreement to process dealership customer data.
